EASY DOES IT:
Step 1: Apply to clean, dry hair ¼-inch from the scalp.
Step 2: Process for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Rinse well, with cold water, for several minutes, rinsing different colors separately.
Step 4: Shampoo with Color Endure or K-PAK Color Therapy
. Apply K-PAK Cuticle Sealer, then rinse. Finish with K-PAK Intense Hydrator.
Do not mix with Vero K-PAK Color or Vero K-PAK Chrome

HOW DO I RETURN?
- Please reach out Sales@odeprofessional.com for assistance with an return. Return items in the original packing and pack items carefully.

- If you would like us to send you a prepaid Return label please reach out to us at the above email address. If you choose to use the provided label, $6.99 will be removed from the return amount. You may choose to use a different method of shipping to avoid this fee. If you choose an alternative shipping method, we recommend to have a tracking number to ensure the item reaches us
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
If you are not satisfy with your item, you can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition, unopened.
- Refunds are not available on used items.
