In the past, people were concerned that if they straightened their hair, they would damage it significantly, and this was true. But it is not true anymore! Hair can be straightened much more effectively with the Japanese Shiseido Crystallizing techniques with much less damage to the hair. Suitable for men & women. To make frizzy, curly or wavy hair completely straight while preserving the hair's health This 2 step straight permanent system contains both straightener and neutralizer Permanent solution to be used with a hot hair iron to make your hair smooth, shinny & straight Instructions: Shampoo hair & dry your hair thoroughly. Straightener Apply the cream all over the head of hair, except for the roots, keep it 1 to 2cm above the roots Coat the entire hair evenly & comb straight through with a wide-toothed comb Let it set at room temperature for 10 to 20 minutes Then, after sufficiently plain rinsing, dry the hair thoroughly Set it with a special iron at 180?C / 360?F or less for 2 seconds per location to straighten the hair When applying Straightener, keep it 1 to 2 cm above the roots, as getting it on the scalp could cause irritation & hair for breakage. Use an intermediate water rinse to completely wash away straightener. Especially wash the roots carefully Neutralizer Coat the entire hair & leave it for 2 to 3 minutes while lightly combing. Then, completely wash it away If the neutralization is not complete, it could cause damage or hair for breakage, so coat the hair sufficiently from the roots to the tip of the hair to make sure neutralization is complete.

Monday - Friday 10:00 am – 11:30 am EST. All orders placed after 11:00 am EST will not ship until the following business day.

We ships via ground using USPS or UPS.  Estimated transportation times are below (NOTE: Estimate arrival times are not guaranteed).

Our warehouse is located in Queens, New York
 
West Coast: 5-7 business days
Midwest: 3-5 business days
East Coast: 2-3 business days

There are no guarantees on your order estimate arrival time. During the holiday seasons, all shipping carriers may be backed up, so your shipping time may take longer then expected.  Please kindly understand this is out of our control, we try our best to ship out each parcel on the same day or next business day.  

Additional Information (USPS- Post Office): Please only count by business days when your package has shipped (Monday thru Friday), the post office does not work on holidays or weekends. 

Suggestion: If you need your order rushed or you are ordering for a present please order ahead of time to guarantee the arrival of your package in time. You may also include a memo to us on the comment section on the ordering page.
 
We are closed and there is no shipping for the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, Christmas Eve (added), Christmas Day, Labor Day and Memorial Day.

SHIPPING POLICY: 100% of orders are shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on the next business day.

 

Return policy

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Please reach out Sales@odeprofessional.com for assistance with an return. Return items in the original packing and pack items carefully. 

  • Please include the order invoice number on the outside of your package so we may properly credit your account.

  • If you would like us to send you a prepaid Return label please reach out to us at the above email address. If you choose to use the provided label, $6.99 will be removed from the return amount.  You may choose to use a different method of shipping to avoid this fee. If you choose an alternative shipping method, we recommend to have a tracking number to ensure the item reaches us
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. 

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

If you are not satisfy with your item, you can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition, unopened.
  • Refunds are not available on used items. 

 

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If you choose to use the provided label, $6.99 will be removed from the return amount. You may choose to use a different method of shipping to avoid this fee. If you choose an alternative shipping method, we recommend to have a tracking number to ensure the item reaches us. 

 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
