Return Policy

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Please reach out Sales@odeprofessional.com for assistance with an return. Return items in the original packing and pack items carefully. 
  • Please include the order invoice number on the outside of your package so we may properly credit your account.

  • If you would like us to send you a prepaid Return label please reach out to us at the above email address. If you choose to use the provided label, $6.99 will be removed from the return amount.  You may choose to use a different method of shipping to avoid this fee. If you choose an alternative shipping method, we recommend to have a tracking number to ensure the item reaches us
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. 

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

If you are not satisfy with your item, you can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition, unopened.
  • Refunds are not available on used items. 

 

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
