INSTRUCTIONS:
- This 2 step straight permanent system contains both straightener and neutralizer. Shampoo hair & dry your hair thoroughly.
- Straightener Solution: Apply the Straightening solution all over hair. Keep it 1cm to 2cm from the roots. Coat the hair evenly & comb straight through with a wide-toothed comb Let it set at room temperature for 10 to 20 minutes.
- After 10- 20 minutes, rinse off with water and dry the hair thoroughly with a blow dryer.
- Straighten with a flat iron at 180C / 360F for 2 seconds per section to straighten the hair. Take thin sections to straighten for best result. (When applying Straightener, keep it 1 to 2 cm from the roots, as getting it on the scalp could cause irritation & hair breakage).
- Neutralizer Solution: Coat the entire hair & leave it for 10 to 20 minutes while lightly combing. Let the hair set in a straight position. Try not to bend the hair. (Make sure the neutralization is completely applied, coat the hair sufficiently from the roots to the tip of the hair to make sure neutralizer is completely saturated)
- Then, completely wash off. Shampoo and Condition as usual. Style as usual. Do not tie hair up in buns or ponytails for 1 week after straightening perm.
- Always perform a Test Strand before using.

There are no guarantees on your order estimate arrival time. During the holiday seasons, all shipping carriers may be backed up, so your shipping time may take longer then expected. Additional Information (USPS- Post Office): Please only count by business days when your package has shipped (Monday thru Friday), the post office does not work on holidays or weekends.
Suggestion: If you need your order rushed or you are ordering for a present please order ahead of time to guarantee the arrival of your package in time. You may also include a memo to us on the comment section on the ordering page.
We are closed and there is no shipping for the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, Christmas Eve (added), Christmas Day, Labor Day and Memorial Day.

HOW DO I RETURN?
- Please reach out Sales@odeprofessional.com for assistance with an return. Return items in the original packing and pack items carefully.

- If you would like us to send you a prepaid Return label please reach out to us at the above email address. If you choose to use the provided label, $6.99 will be removed from the return amount. You may choose to use a different method of shipping to avoid this fee. If you choose an alternative shipping method, we recommend to have a tracking number to ensure the item reaches us
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
If you are not satisfy with your item, you can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition, unopened.
- Refunds are not available on used items.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
