How to Use

1. Wash and dry your feet thoroughly.
2. Remove one bamboo sap sheet and one adhesive sheet.

4. Apply one patch to the sole of each foot.
5. Leave the patches on overnight (approximately 6–8 hours).
6. Remove the patches in the morning.
