HOW DO I RETURN?
- Please Contact Us for assistance with an return OR open a return request directly in your account.
- Then return items in the original packing and pack items carefully.
- Please include the order invoice number on the outside of your package so we may properly credit your account.
- If you would like us to send you a prepaid return label please reach out to us through the contact us form. If you choose to use the provided label, $6.99 will be removed from the return amount. You may choose to use a different method of shipping to avoid this fee. If you choose an alternative shipping method, we recommend to have a tracking number to ensure the item reaches us
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
If you are not satisfy with your item, you can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition, unopened.
- Refunds are not available on used items.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

I am extremely sensitive to scents so I was unable to try the product due to it's heavy scent.
You guys! This serum changed my hair routine for good. I usually use this after I’ve blow dried my hair. And I get shiny, moisturized, silky hair instantly. I have very dry frizzy hair, and this is the only product that keeps the frizz in check. I have color treated hair and it works amazingly like it won’t affect the color. I previously had the 20 ml bottle and I just purchased the 100 ml bottle. Trust me you won’t regret this! Also a little goes a long way. And it gets absorbed immediately!
