We ships via ground using USPS or UPS. Estimated transportation times are below (NOTE: Estimate arrival times are not guaranteed).

Midwest: 3-5 business days
East Coast: 2-3 business days
There are no guarantees on your order estimate arrival time. During the holiday seasons, all shipping carriers may be backed up, so your shipping time may take longer then expected. Please kindly understand this is out of our control, we try our best to ship out each parcel on the same day or next business day.
Additional Information (USPS- Post Office): Please only count by business days when your package has shipped (Monday thru Friday), the post office does not work on holidays or weekends.
Suggestion: If you need your order rushed or you are ordering for a present please order ahead of time to guarantee the arrival of your package in time. You may also include a memo to us on the comment section on the ordering page.
We are closed and there is no shipping for the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, Christmas Eve (added), Christmas Day, Labor Day and Memorial Day.
SHIPPING POLICY: 100% of orders are shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on the next business day.
HOW DO I RETURN?
- Please reach out Sales@odeprofessional.com for assistance with an return. Return items in the original packing and pack items carefully.
Please include the order invoice number on the outside of your package so we may properly credit your account.
- If you would like us to send you a prepaid Return label please reach out to us at the above email address. If you choose to use the provided label, $6.99 will be removed from the return amount. You may choose to use a different method of shipping to avoid this fee. If you choose an alternative shipping method, we recommend to have a tracking number to ensure the item reaches us
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
If you are not satisfy with your item, you can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition, unopened.
- Refunds are not available on used items.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
