Directions
- Remove the cap from the fragrance bottle.
- Pour the fragrance oil into the glass bottle if packaged separately.
- Insert the included reed sticks.
- Allow several hours for the reeds to absorb the fragrance.
- Flip the reeds occasionally to refresh the scent

There are no guarantees on your order estimate arrival time. During the holiday seasons, all shipping carriers may be backed up, so your shipping time may take longer then expected. Please kindly understand this is out of our control, we try our best to ship out each parcel on the same day or next business day.
Additional Information (USPS- Post Office): Please only count by business days when your package has shipped (Monday thru Friday), the post office does not work on holidays or weekends.

HOW DO I RETURN?
- Please Contact Us for assistance with an return OR open a return request directly in your account.
- Then return items in the original packing and pack items carefully.
- Please include the order invoice number on the outside of your package so we may properly credit your account.
- If you would like us to send you a prepaid return label please reach out to us through the contact us form. If you choose to use the provided label, $6.99 will be removed from the return amount. You may choose to use a different method of shipping to avoid this fee. If you choose an alternative shipping method, we recommend to have a tracking number to ensure the item reaches us
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
If you are not satisfy with your item, you can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition, unopened.
- Refunds are not available on used items.
