I have struggled with acne prone skin for 30 years. Every treatment I have ever tried caused increased cell turnover - a great thing, in theory. But if that dead skin is not thoroughly removed from your face, you will end up with more breakouts. The problem arises when one uses traditional, granular exfoliators. The harsh scrub will only irritate the situation, and destroy an already weakened boundary layer.
Enter DetClear. Work this gel into clean, slightly damp skin and feel it ball up around the dead skin cells sitting on your face. Rinse & repeat, if necessary. It's wonderful (and a little gross) to see exactly how much dead skin has been clinging to your face, even after a proper cleanse.
